What if I loved myself?

Would I speak to myself this way? 

Would I have these harsh thoughts?

Would I be hyper critical & so hard on myself?

NOPE. 

I love myself. 

I believe in myself. 

I trust myself. 

But...

Every time I hear myself in question 

I should respond with these simple words: Try to be as kind to yourself as you are to others. 

Today, love yourself. Lovingly...

Do you? Really? Notice the next time you tell yourself you are a dummy, or a fraud.

Tell that voice to F&$@ OFF. 

Then say these words out loud. 

"I am perfect. I will be as kind to myself as I am to others. Bc I am great." 

Our ultimate goal is to...

Love ourselves despite ourselves :)
