Too Too Nice

Being Nice doesn't get you the job. 

Being Nice doesn't get you the big project.

Being Nice doesn't make people trust you as an expert.

Why Be Nice? 

In business, there is no reward for Being the Nicest person in the room. In fact, you become a liability.

"Too soft..."

Why do the rules we learn in School change when we are in the boardroom? 

Today, are you too Nice?

Is there a thing as Being Too Too Nice?!??

Hmm...

I don't think so. Exactly...

I think we all have to be honest. 

And if in our honesty we are "Too Nice" then F whoever doesn't get us! 

Conversely, if we are trying to be nice as an attempt to be liked well that's not cool or good for us or anybody. 

I am Nice. 

I like Being Nice. 

I will continue to Be Nice. 

Until, it's not honest anymore! 

Even at the expense of the big business. 

How about you?!?
