ME+Meditate=never.
Right?!?!
Turns out, it's possible.
I can silence my thought churning mind.
For the last 2 weeks I have been meditating 20 minutes in the am & 20 minutes in the pm.
#gamechanger
Meditating is helping me be more in the now. Emotions are rolling through me rather than taking over. I am far more observant of my condition rather than a prisoner to my overactive mind.
Pretty cool!

I know the word meditation might make you scared, tense up, or think who has the time.
But...
